RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT
OLEINIK SUBDIVISION (TOWN OF VERNON)
0
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has been requested to approve a
preliminary plat for Oleinik Subdivision in the Town of Vernon
which falls within Muskego's extra territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the Oleinik Subdivision abuts Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred the plans for this sub-
division to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and to the consulting
engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, in their Resolution #P. C. 128-73
adopted by the Commission October 16, 1973, for review of the
layout and drainage, and
WHEREAS the consulting engineers have recommended approval
from a drainage standpoint in their report dated October 18, 1973,
and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
of the subdivision layout, and
WHEREAS the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Environmental Health
has objected to the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval
of the preliminary plat for the Oleinik Subdivision in the Town of
Vernon subject to receipt of approval from the State of Wisconsin
Bureau of Environmental Health.
