RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(ADA BUICHER - ROX RIVER INVESTMENT CO.)
WHEREAS the Plqn Commission approved the sketch for a two
parcel division of the Root River Investment Co. property in the
Industrial Park District (1-1) in the Tess Corners area at their
meeting October 20th. 1970, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed were less than the 200' average
width as required by the 1-1 District, the Common Council, after
recommendation from the Plan Commission, granted the variance to
permit the creation of these two lots in their Resolution #243-70
adopted November 24, 1970, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended that there be an
easement for sewer across the lots for the purpose of providing
sewer facilities to the remaining land to the rear of the development
along Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Inman, Inc., January
7, 1971, has now been submitted to finalize this division, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map indicates a 30' utility easement
between the two parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend approval of the certified survey
map for a two parcel division of the Root River Investment Co.
property in the Tess Corners Industrial Park to the Common Council
subject-to,the approval of the city engineer.
