SIGN APPROVAL - PARKLAND MALL
WHEREAS So-Lite Neon Sign Co., Milwaukee, has submitted an
application for a building permit to construct a 30' high x 30'
wide sign to advertise the Parkland Mall, and
WHEREAS the sign will identify four major tenants in the
Parkland Mall, and
WHEREAS the sign will be in a color scheme of sepia, dark
olive green, light olive green with a touch of yellow, and
WHEREAS the sign will be located at the northeast corner of
the access to the Parkland Mall, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.10 (8) of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance such shopping center sign may be permitted with
the approval of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the application for a building
permit to construct a 30' high x 30' wide sign to advertise the
Parkland Mall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
installation of plastic covers over the flourescent lights.
