PCR1973137RESOLUTION #Pa C. 137-73 APPROVAL OF STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS TO HALLADA CONSTRUCTION CO. WHEREAS Hallada Construction Co., S63 W13563 Janesville Road, a prefabrication business, is operating as a legal nonconforming use in this RS-2 District an the former Lindner Septic Systems property, and WHEREAS Mr. Hallada has requested approval to remodel the building which will include reconstruction of the roof which will be approximately 16" higher than existing, the removal of two overhead doors, and the removal of a silo on the property, and WHEREAS Section 4.06 B. 5. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance permits structural repairs and alterations on a nonconforming building which do not exceed 50% of the fair market value of the building at the time the use became non-conforming, and WHEREAS in the opinion of the Plan Commission, 50% of the fair market value would not be exceeded by the proposed remodeling. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve this proposal for remodeling the Hallada Construction Co., 563 W13563 Janesville Road.
