APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
(MARVIN PELLMANN)
WHEREAS Marvin Pellmann, S102 W14043 Loomis Drive, has requested
permission to construct a 30' x 27', second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it has been determined by Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Lee that such a structure would meet the criteria
set forth in Sections 4.05 (1) B. and 6.11 (2) of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board
of the Plan Commission does hereby approve the request of Marvin Pell-
mann for a 30' x 27', second garage structure.
