APPROVAL OF DIRECTIONAL SIGNS - HERITAGE CHURCH
WHEREAS Heritage Church, S63 W13761 College Avenue, has
requested permission to erect two, 24" x 34", directional signs,
and
WHEREAS one sign will be located on Highway 24 near Sherwood
Court and one sign will be located on College Avenue near the
George Small farm, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.10 (5) of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance, directional signs not exceeding 6 square feet in
area indicating direction to a church may be permitted in any
area upon approval by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Heritage Church for
permission to erect two directional signs, one on Highway 24 and one
on College Avenue.
