RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR LEGAL STATUS
(FRANK MORITZ)
WHEREAS Paul Zeeb, Agent for Frank J. Moritz, S71 W19122 Hillview
Drive, has submitted a petition requesting determination of legal
status for Lots 6, 7, and 8, Hillview Farm Plat, and
WHEIlEAS three laterals have been installed for sewer service, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 75' average
width with 11,250 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots in question are 50' average width with 10,000
sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS if the three lots were redivided into two lots, they
would meet the requirements of the RS-3 OED District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal
status be denied for Lots 6, 7, and 8, Hillview Farm Plat.
