RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(STEVEN SCHULER)
WHEREAS Mr. Steven Schuler, Hayward, Wisconsin, has submitted a
certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen January 27th, 1973,
to finalize a two parcel division of his property on North Shore
Drive in Section 32, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by the Plan
Commission December 19th, 1972, in their Resolution #P. C. 4-72, and
WHEREAS this is an R-3 District which requires 40,000 sq. ft.
lots with 150' average width and the lots as platted meet these
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the
Schuler property on North Shore Drive in Section 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
