PCR1973130RESOLWION #P. C. 130-73 DENIAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR DUPLEX LOT SUBDIVISION (RAYMOND WALLNER , AGENT ) WHEREAS Mr. Raymond Wallner, Agent for Muskego Industrial Park, Inc., submitted a petition August 15, 1973, for a conditional use grant to permit the development of a 30 duplex lot subdivision in Section 16, and WHEREAS the necessary public hearing to consider this petition was held before the Plan Commission on September 18th, 1973, and WHEREAS the proposal was referred to Planning Consultant Mangia- mele for review and recommendation in Resolution #P. C. 115-73 adopted by the Plan Commission September 18th, 1973, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended denial 0 of this conditional use grant for the following reasons: (1) It does not conform to the Comprehensive Plan as the Compre- hensive Plan indicates this area to be lower denisty. (2) A duplex subdivision would be a misuse of the B-2 Local Service Center District which is intended to provide for retail stores, shops, offices and service establishments with duplexes incidental to these uses, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has suggested that to develop the area, a planned development project which would encompass a larger area be submitted for consideration. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Raymond R. Wallner, agent for Muskego Industrial Park, for a conditional use grant to permit the development of a 30 duplex lot subdivision. e City of Muskego Deferred Plan Commission Adopted November 6, 1973 Defeated
