REFERRAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
(LILLIE RAPP)
WHEREAS Mrs. Lillie Rapp, New Mexico, has submitted a request
for determination of legal status of Lot 1, Block 8, Muskego Shores
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 75' average
width with 11,250 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lot in question has approximately 7,800 sq. ft.
with 120' average width, and
WHEREAS an evaluation of the area is necessary to determine if
lots of this size are prevalent in the surrounding area and if this
lot would be compatible.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this request for legal status for Lot 1,
Block 8, Muskego Shores Subdivision to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
