REFERRAL OF OLEINIK SUBIDIVISION (TOWN OF VERNON)
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has been requested to approve a
preliminary plat for Oleinik Subdivision in the Town of Vernon
which falls within Muskego’s extra territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the Oleinik Subdivision abuts Crowbar Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the plans for this proposed subdivision
in the Town of Vernon to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review of
the layout and to the consulting engineers for review of the road layout
and access to Crowbar Road as well as review of the drainage in that
area.
