PCR1973127RESOLUTION #Pa C. 127-73 REFERRAL OF SKETCH FOR SANDY BEACH SUBDIVISION TO PIANNING CONSULTANT WHEREAS Robert & Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane, have submitted a sketch for an 8 parcel division of approximately 9 acres which abuts Woods Road and Bay Lane Place, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District without sewer which requires 15,000 sq. ft. lots with 100' average width which must be doubled for development prior to the installation of municipal sewerage facilities. THEREFORE BE IT REgOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for development of Sandy Beach Subdivision to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommen- dation.
