APPROVAL OF PICNIC SHELTER - DANDILION PARK
WHEREAS Mr. Willard Masterson has submitted a request for
approval of plans to construct a 60' x 125' picnic shelter in the
DandiLion Amusement Park, and
WHEREAS this is a Permitted Accessory Use in the OLR District
subject to the approval by the Plan Commission of building, site, and
operational plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request to construct a 60' x 125'
picnic shelter in the DandiLion Amusement Park.
