-EXTENSION OF PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY SIGN
HALE PARK MEADOWS
WHEREAS on September 19th. 1972, the Plan Commission approved
for a period of one year the request of Rite Realty for an 8' x 12',
temporary sign at the corner of Tess Corners Drive and Hale Park
Drive to advertise the Hale Park Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the developers request that a one year extension of
time be granted, and
WHERMS in accordance with Section 6.10 (12) C. c€ the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance such temporary sign may be permitted for a period
up to one year and extension may be permitted for a period not to
exceed 2 years total.
0 TKEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a one year extension
of permit for a temporary sign to advertise the Hale Park Meadows
Subdivision.
