APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLANS
NORTHWEST ALUMINUM & BRASS FOUNDRY
WHEREAS building plans have been submitted for Northwest
Aluminum & Brass Foundry, W127 S9062 North Cape Road, which were
prepared by Anderson-Ashton, Inc., September 4, 1973, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the restoration of this
building after fire damage in their Resolution #P. C. 96-73 adopted
August 21, 1973, after determination that the extent of the damage
was less than 50% of the current market value, and
WHEREAS the building plans submitted indicate an increase in
the height of the building as well as an increase in the area because
OSHA has required toilet room and restroom facilities and additional
head room, and 0 WHEREAS the building will be larger, there will not be an
expansion of the legal non-conforming use of the building, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has determined that the requirements
of the federal government act (OSHA) will permit an increase in the
height and area of this building.
THEREFORE BE IT.:RESOLVED that the Rlan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the building plans submitted for the
restoration of the Northwest Aluminum & Brass Foundry.
