RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(GERALD HEINZ)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Associates September 26, 1973, has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the Gerald Heinz property on
Hillview Drive in Section 8, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this land division was
approved by the Plan Commission in January, 1973, subject to the
condition that a 50' reservation for road punposes be provided
between Parcels A and E, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map reflects this condition, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 11,250 sq. ft.
lots with 75' average width and the lots proposed are more than
adequate to meet these requirements.
