APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(WACTER GRCTH)
WHEREAS Mr. & Mrs. Walter R. Groth, W192 59521 Racine Avenue,
have submitted a sketch for the division of approximately 7.50
acres from an approximately 21 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS the 7.50 acre parcel will include the existing buildings
and the balance of the property will be sold for agriculture use, and
WHEREAS there are two existing accesses from Racine Avenue for
this property, one of which will used for access to the 7.50 acre
parcel, and
WHEREAS the property in question is located in an Agriculture
District which requires 3 acre parcels with 300' average width
and the proposed division more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the division of the
Walter Groth property as submitted and will be receptive to the
submission of a preliminary plat and certified survey map.
