BEER DEPOT, LAUNDRY AND OFFICE BUILDING (JOHN BIASIUS & TOM FELTON)
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR
WHEREAS plans which were submitted for a proposed laundry,
office building and beer depot by John Blasius and Tom Felton were
referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee at
the previous meeting by Resolution #P. C. 114-73, and
WHEREAS the proposed beer depot, laundry and office building
will be located at S63 W.18651 Martin Drive in a.B-1 District in
which these are permitted uses-by-right, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
because these uses are in keeping with the intent of the Neighborhood
Convenience District and the sketch submitted of the proposed building
appears to be compatible with the character of the surrounding area, 0
and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has determined that there is adequate
room for parking and the parking area will be so located as to comply
with the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational plans
for a proposed laundry, office building and beer depot to be located
at S63 W18651 Martin Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to review
of the access points serving this property.
