RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR LEGAL STATUS
(CARL SCHUMACHER) 0
WHEREAS Mr. Carl Schumacher, 7100 W. Porest Home Ave., is
considering the purchase of Lots 32 and 33, Kingston's-on-Muskego
Subdivision No. 1, and
WHEREAS Mr. Schumacher has requested determination of legal
status as the lots are presently in single ownership and do not
meet the requirements of the RS-3 OED District, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred this request to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for an evaluation of
the area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee
0 have recommended denial of this request because of the existing,
extemely high density of this lakeshore area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal
status for Lots 32 and 33, Kingston's-on-Muskego Subdivision No. 1
be denied.
