0 REFERRAL OF REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE TO PLANNING CONSULTANT (RAY WALLNER - MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK, INC.)
WHEREAS Mr. Raymond Wallner, Agent for Muskego Industrial Park,
Inc., has submitted a petition requesting a conditional use grant
to permit the development of a 30, duplex lot subdivision in Section
16, and
WHEREAS a public hearing has been held before the Plan Commission
to consider said request.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposal for a 30, duplex lot
subdivision to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
