BEER DEPOT, LAUNDRY AND OFFICE BUILDING TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REFERRAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR
AND ZONING OFFICER (JOHN BLASIUS & TOM FELTON)
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for a proposed laundry,
office building and beer depot at S63 W18651 Martin Drive in the
former Kuether Grocery by John Blasius and Tom Felton, and
WHEREAS these are permitted uses-by-right in the B-1 District
subject to approval of building, site and operational plans by the
Plan Commission.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposal to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
