REFERRAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS
TO ZONING OFFICER AND PLANNING CONSULTANT

WHEREAS Carl Schumacher, 7100 W. Forest Home,Ave., is considering
the purchase of Lots 32 and 33, Kingston's-on-Muskego's Subdivision
No. 1, and
WHEREAS Mr. Schumacher has requested determination of legal
status, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 75' average width
with 11,250 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots in question are approximately 53' average width
and 7,579 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS an evaluation of the area is necessary to determine if
lots of this size would be compatible with the surrounding area prior
to action by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this request for legal status for Lots 32 and
33, Kingstonas on Muskego's Subdivision No. 1, to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
