RESOLVTION #P. C. 110-73
REFERRAL OF THE RIDGES TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS the preliminary plat submitted for a subdivision in the
SE 1/4 of Section 6 to be known as The Ridges was approved at the
Plan Commission meeting September 4, 1973, in Resolution #P. C.
101-73 subject to, in addition to other conditions, that a satisfactory
drainage report from the consulting engineers be received, and
WHEREAS a communication dated September 5th. 1973, from the
consulting engineers indicates that there are several grade and
drainage problems which must be resolved and suggests that there be
a more detailed investigation of the road layout in relationship to
the meandering creek and sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred the preliminary plat
back to the Plan Commission for further study.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for The Ridges
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Consulting Engineers Ruekert
& Mielke to develop a more acceptable layout and also to more closely
relate the plan to the comprehensive plan which indicates a parkway
along the creek.
