RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(HAROLD DE BACK - HANS KEISER) 0
i WHEREAS two certified survey maps prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becket & Associates, Inc., September 14th, 1973, have been submitted
to finalize a six parcel division of the former Hans Keiser property
on Kelsey Drive in Section 33, and

WHEREAS legal status was granted to three of these lots by the
Common Council upon recommendation of the Plan Commission subject
to the condition that the length of property be extended on each
lot in order that the square footage requirements of the R-1 District
can be met, and
t WEREAS the certified survey maps reflect the extension of these
lots which increases the square footage to 80,000 sq. ft., and
0 WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for the division
of three additional lots which more than meet the requirements of the
R-1 District in their Resolution #P. C. 74-73 adopted July 3, 1973,
and
WHEREAS the city has received a bond in the amount of $10,000 to
insure proper installation of Keiser Lane.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of two
certified survey maps which finalize a six parcel division of the
former Hans Keiser property on Kelsey Drive in Section 33 subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
