RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(HOWARD SCHWABENLENDER) 0
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Merrill E. Stalbaum
September 4th, 1973, has been submitted to finalize a four parcel
P division of the Howard Schwabenlender property on Hedgewood Drive
extended in Section 3, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for the division
t of this property in their Resolution #P. C. 26-73 adopted March 6th,
1973, and
WHEREAS the Public Sewer Committee recommended that the
Schwabenlenders be granted permission to connect into the city's
sewer system at their meeting May 7th, 1973, and
WHEREAS the lots more than meet the requirements of the RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize a four parcel division of the
Howard Schwabenlender property on Hedgwood Drive extended in Section
3 subject to the approval of the city engineer.
