0 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(CHESTER HARRIS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker
& Associates August 16, 1973, has been submitted to finalize a one
parcel division of the Chester Harris property on Westwood Drive in
Section 9, and
WHEREAS at the previous Plan Commission meeting Resolution #P. C.
98-73 was adopted which referred this proposed division to the city
engineer and zoning officer for determination of the proposed parcel's
location in relation to an area designated as Wetland-Floodplain in
the general vicinity, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the division involved is not
part of the Wetland-Floodplain area, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel is adequate in size and area to meet
the requirements of the RS-3 District.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this division and recommends
to the Common Council approval of the certified survey map to finalize
a one parcel division of the Chester Harris property on Westwood Drive
in Section 9 sub.ject to the approval of the city engineer.
