RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND & GRAVEL
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has received a petition for
renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 held by State Sand & Gravel and
Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit which expired
July 2, 1973, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $75,000 is on file
in the City Clerk's office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council renewal of
Conditional Use Grant #37 held by State Sand & Gravel and Payne &
Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit for the period from
July 2, 1973. to July 2, 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recommendation is subject to
the fullfillment of the apparent agreement between State Sand & Gravel
and Mr. Ervin Kablitz, W200 S8533 Woods Road,to assure the proper
flow of water through his property in the designated ditch.
