APPROVAL OF FINAL PUT - KURTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a final plat for Kurthwood
Subdivision, a subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for Kurthwood Subdivision was
approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 45-73 subject
to the resolving of the drainage problems in the area including,
but not limited to, the concrete inverts along the north line of the
property, and
WHEREAS the city engineer and city planner have recommended
approval, and
WHEREAS the final plat has been submitted to the state and
county agencies for approval.
THEREFOR€ BE IT RESOLVFD that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council final approval of
Kurthwood Subdivision subject to the following:
1. That there are no objections from the state and county
agencies.
2. That a financial guarantee is filed with the city to cover the
cost of all improvements.
