(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST - HOUSE OF HOMES, INC.
WHEREAS Mr. John Couture has requested approval of an illuminated,
8' x 5' sign to advertise House of Homes, Inc., S63 W13131 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS a previous request for a 12' x 8' sign was denied by the
Plan Commission in their Resolution #P. C. 72-73 adopted July 3, 1973,
and
WHEREAS in their discussion the Plan Commission indicated that they
would be more receptive to the request if the sign was no larger than
4' x 5' and the request before the Commission is for an 8' x 5' sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request of John Couture for an 8' x 5'
sign to advertise House of Homes, Inc.
