PCR1973101RESOLVTION #P. C. 101-73 (AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PUT - THE RIDGES WHEREAS a preliminary plat has been submitted for a subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 6 to be known as The Ridges, and WHEREAS this preliminary sketch was prepared by Metropolitan Survey Service, Inc., August 6th, 1973, for Harmony Homes, Inc., on the Paul ~ Grober farm on Tans Drive, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred this plat to Planning Consultant Mangiamele at their meeting August 21, 1973, for review and recommendation, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval subject to the condition that a 60' right-of-way by ownership be provided to the Grober property. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the preliminary plat for The Ridges subject to the condition that a 60' right-of-way by ownership be provided to the Grober property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recommendation of approval is subject to a satisfactory drainage report from the consulting engineers. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recommendation of approval is also subject to percolation tests being provided for each lot in the subdivision and to the submittal of satisfactory road names to the building inspector.
