APPROVAL OF FINAL PIAT - LAKEVIEW HILLS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a final plat for
G. Behling March 23, 1973, with revision dates of May 22, 1973,
Lakeview Hills Subdivision which was prepared by Surveyor Russell
and August 24, 1973, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat at
their meeting November 21, 1972, subject to the condition that an
agreement be provided to assure the city that the minimum house size
required will be 1600 sq. ft. and "

WHEREAS it will be necessary for the Common Council to rezone

Road on the unplatted portion of the Frank Narlock property.
