PCR19731000 RESOLUTION #P. C. 100-73 APPROVAL OF FINAL PIAT - LAKEVIEW HILLS WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a final plat for G. Behling March 23, 1973, with revision dates of May 22, 1973, Lakeview Hills Subdivision which was prepared by Surveyor Russell and August 24, 1973, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat at their meeting November 21, 1972, subject to the condition that an agreement be provided to assure the city that the minimum house size required will be 1600 sq. ft. and " 4 I ". the property as declared in their Resolution #119-72 adopted June 13, 1972, and WHEREAS it will be necessary for the Common Council to rezone WHEREAS the Common Council has approved 20 lots for connection into the municipal sewer system, and WHEWS state and county approvals have been received, however, final review by the City Engineer is necessary. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEJJ that the Plan Commission of the City of 0 final plat of Lakeview Hills Subdivision subject to the following: Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the 1. The execution of an agreement with the city assuring that the minimum house size will be 1600 sq. ft. 2. That the Common Council officially rezoned the property from RS-1 to RS-2. 3. That final approval is received from the city engineer. 4. That a temporary cul de sac is placed at the end of Ridge Road on the unplatted portion of the Frank Narlock property. is filed with the city. 5.
