PCR1973099RESOLUTION #P. C. 99-73 (AS AMENDED) ACCESSORY BUILDING - RICHARD OLSON WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 93-73 the Plan Commission at their meeting August 21st, 1973, referred the request of Richard Olson, W183 S8922 Racine Avenue, to permit construction of a 30' x 50'. accessory building to be used for storage purposes to Planning Consul- tant Mangiamele for review and recommendation, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has advised the Commission that under Section 8.01 (7) B. 2. of the Zoning Ordinance a building of that size and for that purpose can only be constructed on lots of 120,000 sq. ft. or more, and the lot in question is less than two acres in size, and WHEREAS if the accessory building was to be c,lassified as a second garage structure it could only have a floor area no greater than 60% of the floor area of the principal building on the lot in accordance with Section 4.05 (2) C. 4. of the Zoning Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Planning Consultant and because of the restrictions placed upon them in Section 8.01 (7) B. 2. of the Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskgo does hereby deny the request of Richard Olson for a 30' x 50' accessory building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve a second garage structure subject to the conditions of Section 4.05 (2) C. 4. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
