REFERRAL OF LAND DIVISION SKETCH TO ZONING OFFICER AND CITY ENGINEER

WHEREAS Mr. Chester Harris, W173 S7664 Westwood Drive, has
submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of his property on
Westwood Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel is adequate in size and area to
meet the requirements of the RS-3 District, and
WHEREAS there is an area designated as Wetland-Floodplain
on the west side of Westwood Drive in the general vicinity of the
proposed lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposed division to City Engineers
Ruekert and Mielke and to Zoning Officer Lee for determination of
its exact location in relation to the Wetland-floodplain area.
