PCR1973096RESOLUI'ION #Pa C. 96-73 WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a request from Edwin P. Dumke, representing Northwest Aluminum Foundry, for approval of a restoration plan for his business which was partially destroyed by fire, and WHEREAS, the extent of the damage was less than 50% of the current market value as provided by Section 4.06 (2) (a) of the Zoning Ordinance, and WH-S the actual plans for the restoration could not be prepared in time for review by the Plan Commission but will be designed to meet all state and local building codes, and WHEREAS Mr. Dumke has requested the Plan Commission for immediate action, if possible, in order that he may get back in business as quickly as possible. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of Mr. Edwin P. Dumke's plans to restore a portion of his foundry recently destroyed by fire. 0 receiving the necessary permits from the state and local authorities. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to his BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner shall return to the Commission in two weeks for approval of architectural design of the building and landscaping plans.
