I WUEREAS Richard Olson, W183 S8922 Racine Avenue, has requested
I a permit to construct a 30' x SO', accessory building to be used for
storage purposes, and I
WHEREAS the square footage of the proposed accessory building
I exceeds that of the existing residence on the premises, and
, WHEREAS an evaluation of the area is necessary to determine
what affect said building would have on the surrounding neighborhood.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
