REFERRAL OF THE RIDGES TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS a preliminary sketch has been submitted for a subdivision
in the SE 1/4 of Section 6 to be known as The Ridges, and
WHEREAS this preliminary sketch was prepared by Metropolitan
Survey Service, Inc., August 6th, 1973, for Harmony Homes, Inc., on
the Herbert Grober farm on Tans Drive, and
WHEREAS Mr. Bryce Styza of Harmony Homes, Inc., appeared before
the Plan Commission sub-committee on June Sth, 1973, to discuss this
proposed subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer the plans for this proposed subdivision to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation and to
the Consulting Engineers Ruekert and Mielke for review of the drainage
in that area.
