APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SUNSET FARMS (TOWN OF VERNON)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has been
requested to approve a preliminary plat for Sunset Farms, a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon, which falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat indicates that 44 lots are proposed
of one acre or more in size on the 71 acres, and
WHEREAS because of the location of the proposed subdivision in
the Town of Vernon, there would not be an affect on the City of
Muskego's traffic pattern nor would it affect the city's drainage
pattern.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the
preliminary plat for Sunset Farms in the Town of Vernon which was
prepared by Richard 8. Casper, Surveyor, for the owner, Land Improvement,
in June, 1973.
