APPROVAL OF THE RELOCATION OF DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Highway Commission, when considering
the reconstruction of County Trunk Highway "OO", has determined that
a revision of the intersection of "00" and Durham Drive will be
necessary, and
WHEREAS this revision of the intersection will result in the
relocation of a portion of Durham Drive which must be approved by the
City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS it appears that the proposed intersection and relocation
of a portion of Durham Drive will provide for a safer traffic pattern,
0 and
WHEREAS the relocation of a portion of Durham Drive would not
conflict with any future road plans in the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the relocation of a portion of
Durham Drive in accordance with plans submitted by the Waukesha County
Highway Commission.
