REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
REQUEST TO PILL FERGUSON PROPERTY
WHEREAS Thomas Ferguson, owner of the former Louis Goldbeck
property on Hillendale Drive in Section 5, has submitted a request
to fill a portion of his property to a grade level of 805.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this request be referred to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and to the city's consulting engineers,
Ruekert & Mielke, for review and recommendation.
