RESOLVTION #P. C. 87-73
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (LEONARD BIAlTNER)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hurley Engineering
Service, Inc., July 31, 1973, has been submitted to finalize a two
parcel division of the Leonard Blattner property on C.T.H. "00" in
Section 24, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketches for these
two parcels in Resolutions #P. C. 70-73 and #P. C. 83-73, and
WHEREAS the lots are adequate in size and area to meet the
requirements of the R-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for a two
parcel division of the Leonard Blattner property on C.T.H. "00"
subject to the approval of the city's consulting engineer.
