APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR DIVISION OF THE LEONARD BLATTNER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Leonard Blattner,
W127 S8776 Durham Drive, for division of approximately a one acre
lot which is required in the R3 District, and
WHEREAS, a sketch previously had been submitted and approved
by Resolution P.C. 70-73 for a two acre division, and
WHEREAS, the proposed division would create a 105' x 300' lot
to the south of a 60' road reservation and adjacent to the two acre
lot, and
0 WHEREAS, it is the intent to have this proposed parcel shown on
the certified survey map along with the proposed two acre parcel to
the north,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one acre lot south of
a 60' road reservation, owned by Leonard Blattner, and will be receptive
to a preliminary plat and certified survey map.
