APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR DIVISION OF THE CHESTER SPITZNER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Chester Spitzner, W199
S8466 Woods Road, for a land division in the SWk Sec. 17, and
WHEREAS, the division conforms to the Zoning Ordinance in
average width and area (120,000 sq. ft.), and
WHEREAS, this parcel of five acres in size is located
approximately 1,160 feet south of S.T.H. 24 on the west side of
Woods Road, e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego would be receptive to a certified survey of this five acre
parcel located in the SWk Sec. 17.
