APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE FOR WAUER FUR FOODS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has received a request for renewal
of the conditional use grant held by Carl Wauer and Wauer Fur Foods,
Inc., for the purpose of mining and processing sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has entered into an agreement with
Carl Wauer which provides that approximately 25 acres shall be used
as a source of landfill cover material and approximately 34 acres
which is presently being excavated and shall be included in
landfill permit granted by the city,
0 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the Ci

Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council renewal of the
conditional use presently held by Carl Wauer and Wauer Fur Foods,
Inc. for the purpose of mining and processing sand and gravel.
