PCR1973079RESOLWION #P. C. 79-73 (AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE POR JOHN McNEILL (Construction of Mother-in-law Unit) WHEREAS John P. McNeill has submitted a petition for a conditional use grant to permit construction of an 800 sq. ft. addition plus an attached garage to his home at S66 W18628 Crest Drive, Jewel Crest Subdi- vision, and WHEREAS the request meets the requirements of Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission has held the necessary public hearing to consider the petition, and WHEREAS the plans submitted indicate that the architectural character 0 of the proposed two family dwelling will be dominantly single family in appearance; that the proposed second story will not exceed 800 sq. ft. of residential floor area; and the proposed unit will be occupied by persons who are related to persons in the existing unit by blood, marriage or adopt ion. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of John F. McNeill for a conditional use to permit construction of a mother-in-law unit at S66 W18628 Crest Dive in accordance with Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ord. ElE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this conditional use is granted subject to the condition that the existing, single car garage be removed.
