APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(HANS KEISER - MELVIN DUVE)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Merrill E. Stalbaum
June 30th. 1973, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division
of the Hans Keiser property on Keiser Lane in Section 33, and
WHEREAS the division being approximately 5.92 acres more than
meets the requirements of the R-1 District, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission indicated in their Resolution #P. C.
13-73 that they would be receptive to this division if a sufficient
bond were posted to guarantee construction of Keiser Lane at no cost
to the city within two years, and
WHEREAS the city has received a bond in the amount of $10,000 to
0 insure proper installation of Keiser Lane.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for a one parcel
division of the Hans Keiser property on Keiser Lane in Section 33
subject to the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
construction of a temporary, 120' cul-de-sac at the east end of
Keiser Lane on the Duve property and that a bond of not less than
$500 be provided to the city to insure that construction.
