DENIAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR 81 UNIT RESORT
i WHEREAS Mr. Elmer Tinti and Mr. Richard Daeda submitted building,
site and operational plans for a 2 story, 81 unit resort to be
constructed on Lannon Drive on property formerly known as Leo's
Lakeview Resort, and

WHEREAS at their meeting May lst, 1973, the Plan Commission
referred this proposal to the city attorney for an opinion concerning
resorts and lake oriented recreation, and
WHEREAS the Commission has received an opinion from Attorney
Buckley dated June 25, 1973, and
WHEREAS such a resort would not be in the best interests of the
0 city because of the substantial adverse affect which would be created
upon the sufroUnding_neighborhood which is of the most part residential
because of increased traffic, the parking requirements necessary to
accomodate vacationers at an 81 unit development, the increased
pedestrian use across Lannon Drive to the lake front, and the adverse
affect on the lake itself by such a substantial increased use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby deny the request of Mr. Elmer Tinti and Mr. Richard
Daeda for approval of building, site and operational plans for a 2 story,
81 unit resort.
