~PPROVAL OF RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 22 & 23, BLOCK 3, LUDWIG'S SUBDIVISION
(JOSEPH SCHMIDT)
WHEREAS Joseph Schmidt, W165 S7577 Bellview Drive, is the owner
of Lots 22 and 23, Block 3, Ludwig's Subdivision, and
WHEREAS he has request that the lot line between the two lots
be revised to create more desirable shaped lots, and'
WHEREAS the lots as proposed will more than meet the RS-2
District requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the re-subdivision of Lots 22 and
23, Block 3, Ludwig's Subdivision, in accordance with the certified
survey map prepared by J. W. Landry.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to correcting
the name Hillview Drive to Bellview Drive.
