APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR DIVISION OF THE HANS KEISER PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a sketch for a division
of land from Hans Keiser on property located along Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS the potential buyer intends to purchase Parcel #3 which
was approved by the Plan Commission and recorded in December, 1966,
and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended that the
sketch be approved subject to the division including Parcel#3 of certi-
fied survey map recorded in December, 1966, and
WHEREAS the lot proposed will more than meet the requirements
of this R-1 District.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch as submitted for division
of the Hans Keiser property on Kelsey Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive
to a certified survey map subject to the condition that Parcel #3 of
certified survey map recorded in December, 1966, be included showing
the entire parcel as a single parcel.
