PCR1973066RESOLVTION #P. C. 66-73 APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE OF THE SCHOBER & RADTKE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a letter of intent for development of land along McShane Road on property owned by Ted Schober and Jack Radtke, and WHEREAS the letter of intent indicates a total of 144 units as a planned unit development, and by the Common Council whether or not the developer would be permitted WHEREAS it will be necessary that the Plan Commission be advised to connect into the northeast sanitary sewer system and whether or not petition for higher density. they would be willing to waive the 65% limitation in lieu of a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve in principle the proposed developpnt by Schober and Radtke on lands located on the north side of McShane Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the city's approval of use of its sanitary sewer system, the waiving of the 65% final design of the planned unit development meets the approval of the limitation and that this approval is with the understanding that-the Plan Commission.
