APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(DONALD MILLER )
WHEREAS a certifiec: survey map prepared by Iloffmann, Polzin, Becker
and Associates May 23, 1973, to finalize a three parcel division of the
Donald Miller property on Vine Street in Section 10 has been submitted,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this division
of land at their meeting March 20th, 1973, subject to the removal of
the OHS overlay zoning on this property and subject to the receipt of
sufficient assurance that the screening which was required in the appro-
val given for Conditional Use Grant #57 May 4, 1971, be provided, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has rezoned the property by the removal
of the OHS overlay zoning and a bond in the amount of $500 has been
received to assure that the screening will be ,provided as-required .>in:..
Conditional Use Grant #57.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the certified s'urvey map for division of
the Donald Miller property on Vine Street in Section 10 subject to the
city engineer's approval, subject to the proper dedication of the street
widths, and subject to the condition that the triangular remnant of
property be attached to the business lots.
